Aiwyn is a financial automation platform designed specifically for accounting firms, helping practices streamline payments, billing, and practice management. I partnered with the team to strengthen the brand’s visual presence and create a more cohesive system that could support marketing campaigns, events, and digital experiences.
The Mission
Stand out in fintech without losing the credibility accounting firms expect.
Fintech and accounting software brands often look nearly identical—safe colors, generic imagery, and overly technical messaging. The challenge was to help Aiwyn break out of that visual monotony while still maintaining credibility with professional services firms.
Creative Direction

Rather than reinventing the identity, the focus was on strengthening the existing system so it could scale across marketing campaigns, events, and digital experiences.
Refined Brand Identity: Updated the logo system, introduced a secondary brand mark, and reorganized the color hierarchy to create a stronger, more flexible visual identity.
Stronger Visual Hierarchy: Improved typography systems and layout structures so financial workflows, product messaging, and marketing materials communicated more clearly.
Campaign-Driven Storytelling: Developed the creative direction for Unlock, Aiwyn’s tradeshow campaign, creating the visual theme and supporting marketing graphics designed to capture attention and communicate product value quickly.
Event Experience Design: Designed the Unlock tradeshow booth and event environment, translating the digital brand into large-scale graphics, signage, and storytelling that stood out on a crowded conference floor.
Marketing Toolkit: Created marketing documents, presentations, and email templates that gave the sales and marketing teams polished, on-brand assets for client communication.
Digital Experience Alignment: Contributed UX and visual updates to the website to ensure the brand hierarchy and visual system carried through to the digital product experience.
