Parentaly

THE ROLE:
Presentation Design • PowerPoint Templates • Document Design • Visual Support

THE VIBE:
Professional • Warm • Clean • Supportive • Clear

Parentaly helps organizations support working parents through coaching, education, and workplace programs designed to make the transition into parenthood more manageable.

My work focused on strengthening the visual quality and consistency of their presentation materials and documents. Because much of Parentaly’s work happens through workshops, presentations, and educational resources, their slides and materials play a major role in how their message is delivered.

The goal was to create polished, easy-to-use templates that allow their team to communicate clearly while maintaining a consistent and professional visual style.

The Mission

Helping the people who support working parents share their message clearly.

TalentNeuron is a powerhouse of global data, but its visual identity was stuck in the past. As Director of Creative and Brand, I was tasked with leading a total brand "glow-up." The goal? To move away from legacy corporate aesthetics and create a vibrant, high-energy visual system that reflects the cutting-edge insights the platform provides.

We didn't just change a logo; we built a visual language that speaks to the future of work.

Creative Approach

Designing tools that support meaningful conversations.

Parentaly relies heavily on presentations, documents, and content resources to share their expertise with companies and working parents. The goal was to create visual tools that make their communication more engaging while staying easy for the team to use day to day.

  • The Presentation Templates: Designed PowerPoint templates that provide a flexible structure for workshops, presentations, and internal materials.

  • The Documents: Created clean, organized document layouts that improve readability while maintaining a consistent visual style across educational resources.

  • The Podcast Materials: Designed supporting documents and visual materials for Parentaly’s podcast content, helping maintain a cohesive look across their media and educational platforms.

  • The Visual System: Ensured that presentations, documents, and podcast materials share a unified design approach that reflects Parentaly’s supportive and professional brand.

The Outcome

Design that helps the message come through clearly.

The templates and materials give the Parentaly team a consistent visual foundation for their presentations, documents, and podcast content. By simplifying the design process, the team can focus more on delivering their message while maintaining a polished and professional presence.

The result is a streamlined set of design tools that supports Parentaly’s mission of helping organizations and working parents navigate one of life’s biggest transitions.
