Talent Apothecary is a workforce strategy consultancy focused on helping organizations rethink how they attract, develop, and retain talent. As the company was beginning its journey, I partnered with the team to establish the visual foundation that would shape how the brand communicated with clients—from presentations to core documents.
The Mission
Turn a young consulting brand into something that felt polished, credible, and ready for the room.
While the brand already had a logo and color palette, there was no system for how those elements should actually work in practice. The challenge was to create a framework that allowed the team to communicate their ideas clearly while maintaining a consistent visual identity across client-facing materials.

From Framework to First Pitch
To support the brand’s early growth, I focused on defining how the visual identity should function across the materials consultants rely on most.
Presentation Storytelling Framework: Designed a structured PowerPoint template that helped the team clearly communicate workforce insights, strategies, and recommendations.
Document Design Standards: Created professional report and document layouts that made complex consulting insights easier to understand.
Color System Guidance: Defined how the existing color palette should be used across layouts, diagrams, and presentations to improve clarity and consistency.
Expanded Brand Toolkit: Developed a secondary brand mark that added flexibility across documents, presentations, and supporting materials.
