When TalentNeuron transitioned from a Gartner business into an independent entity, the mission was clear: to break away from the legacy shadow and reinvent itself as the definitive leader in global labor market intelligence. This wasn't just a rebrand; it was a total structural and visual rebirth.

As Director of Creative and Brand, I led this high-stakes "brand glow-up"—architecting a visual ecosystem that bridged the gap between complex analytics and human-centric design. From authoring a 150+ page master style guide to launching a centralized brand portal, I ensured 100% global consistency as we redefined what it meant to be TalentNeuron.

Whether it was a high-stakes executive deck, a full-scale conference footprint, or a complete website overhaul, or in product UX the goal remained the same: to create a brand that doesn’t just report on the future of work—it leads it.

The Mission

Translate complex workforce data into a brand that feels clear, modern, and visionary.

TalentNeuron is a powerhouse of global data, but its visual identity was stuck in the past. As Director of Creative and Brand, I was tasked with leading a total brand "glow-up." The goal? To move away from legacy corporate aesthetics and create a vibrant, high-energy visual system that reflects the cutting-edge insights the platform provides.

We didn't just change a logo; we built a visual language that speaks to the future of work.

The Strategy

Build a cohesive brand ecosystem designed for clarity, scale, and storytelling.

Scalability was the heartbeat of this transformation. To ensure every team, product, and campaign spoke the same visual language, I authored and designed a 150+ page Brand Style Guide—creating the North Star for all global communications.

  • Dynamic Color System: A bold shift to brainy burple, neuron navy and optimistic orange, delivering high-contrast energy optimized for modern digital environments and data-heavy interfaces.

  • Logo Design: A globe of neural connections surrounding a human figure—symbolizing TalentNeuron’s mission to connect global workforce data while keeping people at the center.

  • Typography & Hierarchy: Clean, modern sans-serifs paired with a structured hierarchy designed for clarity across enterprise dashboards, reports, and presentations.

  • Illustration System: A library of custom neuron characters and illustrations designed to humanize complex workforce intelligence and give the brand a recognizable personality.

  • Internal Brand Portal: Built a centralized brand hub where teams could instantly access assets, templates, and guidelines—eliminating creative bottlenecks and ensuring consistent execution across every department.

The Execution

A brand is only as good as its execution. I took the reins on every touchpoint, ensuring the new identity felt seamless whether it was on a smartphone screen or a 20-foot conference banner.

  • The Digital Face: A complete website overhaul featuring "fresh" UI components and intuitive data visualizations, brand new social channels, and UX/UI components for the product.
