When TalentNeuron transitioned from a Gartner business into an independent entity, the mission was clear: to break away from the legacy shadow and reinvent itself as the definitive leader in global labor market intelligence. This wasn't just a rebrand; it was a total structural and visual rebirth.

As Director of Creative and Brand, I led this high-stakes "brand glow-up"—architecting a visual ecosystem that bridged the gap between complex analytics and human-centric design. From authoring a 150+ page master style guide to launching a centralized brand portal, I ensured 100% global consistency as we redefined what it meant to be TalentNeuron.

Whether it was a high-stakes executive deck, a full-scale conference footprint, or a complete website overhaul, the goal remained the same: to create a brand that doesn’t just report on the future of work—it leads it.

The Mission

TalentNeuron is a powerhouse of global data, but its visual identity was stuck in the past. As Director of Creative and Brand, I was tasked with leading a total brand "glow-up." The goal? To move away from legacy corporate aesthetics and create a vibrant, high-energy visual system that reflects the cutting-edge insights the platform provides.

We didn't just change a logo; we built a visual language that speaks to the future of work.

Architecting Consistency

Scalability was the heartbeat of this project. I authored and designed a 150+ page Brand Style Guide to serve as the North Star for all global communications.

THE ECOSYSTEM INCLUDED:

  • Dynamic Color Theory: A shift to electric blues and deep navys for high-contrast digital precision.

  • Typography & Hierarchy: Clean, modern sans-serifs designed for readability across complex data dashboards.

  • Internal Brand Portal: I built a centralized hub so stakeholders could access assets instantly—eliminating "creative bottlenecks" and ensuring 100% brand alignment across every department.

From Pixels to Pavements

A brand is only as good as its execution. I took the reins on every touchpoint, ensuring the new identity felt seamless whether it was on a smartphone screen or a 20-foot conference banner.
